The Bible tells us our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit. What better way to improve your temple than by dedicated participation in a fun sport that exercises your spirit, soul and body? Improve stamina, flexibility, and strength while building a disciplined character based on values such as courage, endurance, honesty, humility and friendship.

The Christ Life Karate program is about change; changing people's lives through fitness and nutrition. We provide a detailed, safe training program for anyone, regardless of fitness experience. We make training personal and are dedicated to teaching the whole person; spirit, soul and body.

Team Leader
Phreddie Minnifield has over 12 years experience in personal training and martial arts. Mr. Minnifield is also an inspiring Ordained Minister who's no-nonsense, practical approach to health and fitness sets him apart. He holds certifications as a personal trainer, a 2nd degree black belt and certified instructor in Tang Soo Do. He has worked as head instructor of a martial arts school in Chandler, AZ for over 7 years and has extensive knowledge in teaching the art and all aspects of the business.

Wednesdays 5-5:45PM (children 5-12 years)
Wednesdays 6-7PM (adults & kids 13 years & up)
Fridays 5-5:45PM (children 5-12 years)
Fridays 6-7PM (adults & kids 13 years & up)
Saturdays 10-10:45AM (children 5-12 years)
Saturdays 11AM-12NOON (adults & kids 13 years & up)
